Ubicación ideal lejos del ruido de la calle y es seguro. Habitaciones espaciosas y buen ba?o. Buen desayuno de la zona. Precio excelente!

Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo y muy limpio, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. La atención es realmente especial: todas las personas son súper amables y cuidadosas con cada detalle. Mención especial para Pablo y Cristina, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Incluso nos guardaron las maletas después del check-out para que pudiéramos ir con tranquilidad a San Juan, un gesto que se agradece muchísimo. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, bien preparado y servido con cari?o. Definitivamente un lugar al que dan ganas de volver y que recomiendo sin dudar.

The room was clean and was cleaned regularly. Included breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located at the top of Calle Santander, within walking distance to many cafés, restaurants and the lake. There is also big supermarket nearby. Recommended 10/10

Fantastic stay. Terrific garden setting, large rooms, rooftop terrace , very helpful staff and excelkent breakfast.

Check-in went very smoothly and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was nice, although a little bit dated, but overall it was clean and had good amenities, like a coffee maker and refrigerator. It was within easy walking distance to shopping and dining, and although about 800 meters from the launches (to visit our towns along the lake), it was a level walk

My daughter and I only stayed one night. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful. The room was old and very simple; however it was clean. Breakfast was underwhelming - coffee was horrible and juice is not offered. I asked the receptionist for extra towels and she told me I had towels. I told her I needed two extra hand towels. She said she would bring them and never did.
